What kind of materials are used in Morana´s collection?
Garters (Zinc and Copper) and Baths of Noble Metals (Gold and Rhodium);
Zirconia, Strass, and Crystals (Morana works with Swarovski and Czech crystal only).
Natural Stones; Pearls, mother-of-pearl, shells, natural and / or synthetic,
resin, acrylic, seed, and acetates.
Note: Even when we use synthetic "stones", they always have the best quality on the market - we avoid materials such as low-quality plastic or acrylics - we always look for the closest to the true material.
What is white rhodium and black rhodium?
Rhodium is a noble metal, very bright, resistant, and durable.
It is not corrosive, nor does it darken at room temperature.
Used for bathing in white gold pieces.
How can I care about my jewelry?
• Avoid contact with sea water, swimming pool, creams, detergents, sand, chemicals, humidity, excessive sweat, perfumes or other abrasive elements that can accelerate the oxidation of accessories, reducing their durability.
• Clean your garment gently with a dry cloth after use, ensuring the accessory's shine.
• SStore your parts separately to avoid friction between them and prevent possible scratches and breakages.

How long I need to wait to get receive my order?
We know you can’t wait to wear what you ordered, so we guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. MORANA can´t assume no liability in such cases.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.

How does returning or exchanging products work?
If you prefer to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 07 days of delivery confirmation.
For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing. We only replace exchange if our products have any damage.
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, if you receive a defective item, you can ask an exchange. Send us an email at email@example.com

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 15 business days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
